I could have sworn I was already following you. Oh, well, never mind, I am now. I’m in for your project too. I don’t share quite your negative view of DSA, although I hear rumors of such shenanigans from other chapters. But in our chapter, elected and non-elected “natural” leaders are all more likely to burn out and disappear quietly to get better than to put in any effort into building personal power. On the other point, the cliquishness, well, after the pandemic, if you want to get together to talk about stuff, I have some vague “feels” about that. My own involvement with DSA has taken a surprising turn. I have recently written about it here on Medium if you want to take a look.
