As autumn crept in, I started roasting squashes in my Cuisinart toaster oven. Salad has previously roasted honeynut squash, blueberries, pomegranate, pepitas, vinaigrette. Sausages are Beyond Breakfast.

This post is a catch-up and a mixed bag.
