In part three of my review series I will be reviewing companies that deliver perishable or frozen food, non-perishable foods and non-food household products. All of the companies being reviewed I have bought from at least once, and for a couple of them I have had or still have a subscription service. I am reviewing these in descending order from how long I have ordered from them, but also prioritizing those I have stayed with.

One of the two I am currently active with is Imperfect Foods (above.) I have been using Imperfect Foods (IF) for about two years now. Originally founded as Imperfect Produce, they changed their name to Imperfect Foods as they began to branch out into other grocery items beyond produce.

The co-founders of Imperfect Produce in 2015 were Ben Simon, Benjamin Chesler, and Ron Clark. Ben and Benjamin had worked together for several years for a food-waste recovery non-profit that they co-founded when in college together. Reflecting its roots in mission-driven organizations, IF is…
