Contentwise, this is great, but it doesn’t look good for a professor to have so many diction errors:

“Overtime, they started discussing…” should be “Over time, …”

“loose their notes” should be “lose…”

“ Recently, I poured through our university’s budget…” should “…I pored through…”

“ The IT guy comes buy, and he wants to talk for 30 minutes. He even starts telling me how to each my classes.” should be “…comes by …how to teach…”

And so on. Maybe get someone to proofread for you?
